But in the cartoon, apparently they're not in disguise.

As in they've been working with humans for years.

Why introduce these characters in a BIG summer movie, and then go the complete opposite direction with the characters looks in the cartoon? They are losing a HUGE opportunity to capitalize on the new look of certain characters.

Son: "Daddy......Ratchet is my favorite! He is the red and white one."
Dad: "No....he's urine and vomit colored, Bobby."
Son: "But daddy.......he's white and red on the......"
Dad: "LIAR, SPAWN OF SATAN....SEED OF GARBAGE JUS LIKE YOUR MOTHER! He's PUKE AND YOU'LL LIKE IT!"
Son: "I WISH GRANDPA WAS STILL ALIVE!"


That is the typical conversation that will now happen. This show isthat deep now.

Seriously. That's like introducing Spider-Man in the movie theatre, and then all of a sudden his is Golden Arachnid. Or like........Ghost Rider and hiring Nicholas Cage, even though he is a horrible actor but he is Martin Scorcese's nephew therefore everyone has to dangle from his hang low.

Please.

At least be happy that we didn't have that elvis-like bumbling jackoff in this movie.

Soldier: "Sir......the robots..they are ATTACKIN!??!?! What do we do?"

I have no problems with all types of animation styles. I disliked Batman The Animated Series (mainly because of the body proportions... not scenery) and Teen Titans styles at first, but both grew on me. Having said that, Transformers looks really really really really bad for Transformers. The style makes zero sense for Transformers.
