I don't mean that to be insulting. But buying books you don't enjoy simply to fill in a run? It's a stamp collector attitude.

uhm no, I'm a comic collector and reader. I don't and never have collected stamps. So if I have an attitude its a collecter's one, which has nothing to do with stamps.

You collect for the sake of collecting. Nothing wrong with it. But thats what you do.

I do have a number of issues with the current spidey books, but I'm simply not hating them enough to stop buying them. You can critisise me for being a completionist or collecter, but it would take some worse stuff than we have now to stop me buying completely.

Hell, the second half of JMS' run on ASM was terrible in my opinion, easily as bad as whats on offer now - but for different reasons.

While these issues i'm currently buying may not be the best spidey stories I've read, there has been worse.
