Well, there's still about 18 more eps to go (and maybe one less episode due to earthquake), but there's a rumor circulating about the possibility of Gokaiger going beyond 50 eps. We'll see.

Wow, just saw that TRU is going to sell the Figuarts versions of Shinken Red and Shinken Gold from Shinkenger in the US.

I'm overjoyed and I will pick both these up. I hope this means that TRU will start selling more Figuarts and possibly at a lower price. Like I would pay $25 for these at TRU. $35 is a little high IMHO. But being a TRU rewards member, I get coupon offers a lot so I will use that on these.

TRU's will just be selling straight Japanese imports with no changes except maybe a sticker on the front. That's why the price is staying relatively the same.


It's probably unlikely we'll get a Zedd figuart or Titanium Ranger figuart unless Bandai of Japan makes them.

Gold Samurai, that's pretty much what I was expecting. TRU in recent years has gotten into the collector market and started selling more collectors' market items from lines like NECA, MEZO, etc.

In the past I also recall Irwin or Jakks releasing some of the fancy imported DBZ toys that were really cool and articulated. Basically the exact same versions from Japan.

Anyway, this is something I've wanted Bandai to do for a long time. My hope is that we can get the other Shinkenger Figuarts released for PR: Samurai in the US and start to see Figuarts accessible at TRU more like say the Mega Man X and DBZ Figuarts which are also awesome.

I wasn't expecting to see US exclusive Figuarts of Power Ranger characters really just more of the ones from Japan just released over here because the Bandai USA stuff is garbage.

You know what annoys me the most? Mattel turned down the Thundercats license because they already had Voltron.

Super Sentai series usually have 49 episodes, not 32.

Some cool gokaiger toys thers. Also man i was totally shocked yesterday when the news of the 3 specials/ rpm team up news first came out. I still was thinking they were going to forgo the teamup this year let the brand get in better place and let samurai be it own thing. Then start up teamups again with samurai and the gosei season team.

I am very curious though to see what rpm rangers return, what the story is and all that. Its still cool we are getting a teamup though. Which now will put rpm in continuity placement more then eddie or judd ever would say when rpm was airing in 09. As for the deal saying its an alternate dimension. It could work with how both producers kept saying it was it own thing.

I still would have liked to seen it be set in the future between spd and timeforce during the many hundred of yrs there is between 2025 and 3000. But hey since the show was always said to be its own thing, ranger powers were something new to them. Alt world can work out for rpm. Just going to make things a little tricky once they get to gokai season. But hey they will have to do time travel for spd/time force tribute/cameo episodes, so i guess the gokai villains/basco guy going to rpm world due to dimensional travel would be how they handle getting gokai rangers the grand power of rpm team.
