I want to get this movie on Blu-ray but I have a feeling they might release some extended or unrated cut down the road. I wish RR would come out and say something about that.

money tells him not to say.

does anyone have the original script by chance? I would love to go back and read that then compare.

The Blu-ray sounds great, it's definitely a must-buy for me. I'm saving up cash anyway right now, so I think I'll probably get it around the time it's out.

I won't be able to get it on bluray until bluray players and HD TVs are more affordable. Right now I can't even afford the $50+ that most bluray discs cost. So I'll have to stick with my DVDs for some time yet. Which kinda sucks because all the good s#!t only ever gets released on bluray these days. They could at least do a Special Edition on DVD that's more expensive than the regular edition but not as much as the bluray.

^ Blu Rays cost the same price as DVD's......not 50 bucks. lol

Plus, you can get older titles for 15 bucks at Wal-Mart.

Must be different here in Canada then, because most bluray discs I see for sale are significantly more expensive than their DVD cousins. And as I don't currently own an HD TV, I see no real reason to spend the extra money on a bluray player.

By the way, I'm working on a Thundarr/Predator crossover fan fiction in the Fandom Come section. It's entitled Thundarr The Barbarian in Hunted if anyone is interested in reading it.

Blurays are relatively cheap here in the UK too.

^ Please dont....please I beg you...

Too late. I'm already working on Chapter 3. The mok king just learned that his missing son had been found with his spine and head removed, and he blames the carocks for the death and is calling for war.

Blu's are about $5 more expensive in Australia.

If it were only a $5 difference here in Canada, I wouldn't care so much. That's pretty much the difference between a regular release and a special edition. When Rambo 4 came out on DVD and bluray, the DVD was about $20 and the bluray was around $45. I s#!t you not. Maybe they're a little more affordable now, but not enough to be within my budget.

I really don't know where you're seeing these prices for Blu-Rays. I bought Rambo first day on Blu-Ray for my cousin and I paid no more then $32 after tax and I live in Canada.

Will be getting the blu-ray of this deffo, look forward to seeing it again.

Saw this. It was awesome. And not even in a B-Movie kind of way. I thought it was a legit good movie.
Action scenes were really cool, characters were cool, the kills were cool

My only complaints were:

1)The twist with Topher Grace was so predictable and was pretty lame. Did he really think the Predators would wanna be buddy-buddy with him:dry:
2)And LAurence Fishburne was pretty lame
3) I was pissed that that awesome shot in the trailer with all those laser sights are on ADrien Brody, but in the film it turned out to be 1

All in all it was pretty cool 7.5/10
I'm really looking forward to a sequel, but for some reason I have a feeling that this is gonna be one of those sequels that never happen

That is ridiculous. The visual quality doesn't justify a $25 difference at all. For any film.

haven't seen the movie yet...but pretty dissappointed in the fact that the blu-ray doesn't come with a dvd. I mean come on...almost all the new films are coming out with blu-ray/dvd combos!

Happy Predator Bluray/dvd release day

I'm holding off on this until I finally decide to pull the trigger on getting a PS3.

Really want to buy this, but no money makes me a sad panda. Guess I'll be waiting till X-Mas
