but i do think TDK will get wayy more than BB did

TDK can go one of three ways.

It either make about the same as BB.

Or It will do a little bit more (due to good word of mouth from the first one)...something like 10 to 20 million more.

Or it will do significantly less due to the adult nature of Batman Begins combined with the advertising of TDK as even more adult. 30 million less, would probably be a good gauge of the children audience it COULD lose.

I'm far from being a follower of TDK...but I'm sure it will do significantly better. If TDK gets the same rating as BB, then I have no doubt that it will have good sophomore success. Since when has a movie of this caliber dropped 30 million from its predecessor?

bad place, even Fantastic Four 2 made more than part 1. And if that garbage can do it, I'm sure TDK will profit nicely.

But I'll leave it at that and not hijack this thread anymore than I already have.
