They have all got me excited, but Prometheus hasn't shown me anything I wasn't expecting. If you told me it was remake of Alien, I would believe you.

TDKR showed me one of the most unique shots that will stand out in my mind for a while (football shot) but yet the whole trailer just fails to get me pumped about the movie. The reason the trailers for the Hobbit and Prometheus have a lot of people pumped is simply because we haven't seen these franchises in theaters in a while and it's exciting. On the other hand, we've saw TDK in theaters not very long ago. Besides, there are PLENTY of people that lost their minds over TDKR trailer anyway. It's just that the hype has died down from that trailer and the trailer for the Hobbit and Prometheus were JUST released......so of course there's going to be a lot of hype surrounding them.

I have no problem with the excitement. I am sorry if that is what I made it seems like.

What I don't understand is the need to act like this and the Hobbit trailer the greatest footage ever released. I would feel the same with TDKR trailer really, but I kind of avoid Batman boards for the most part.

It is like how the world "Epic" is used to describe 9 out of 10 things on the internet these days.

There's no way that's a human. That thing while humanoid in form is way, way taller than a normal human.

Plus as far as I know we can't breathe in a foreign planet without a suit/helmet.

You are posting more about those films then anyone else.

Everything I have written is in the context with Prometheus. You can't help but try and make it about those other films and bringing attention to them.

loved, loved, loved the trailer.

this movie wasn't even on my radar a few weeks ago. now, it's one of my most anticipated films next year.

and.....yes.......this trailer ( and the Hobbit ) excited me more than the TDKR trailer.
