Transformers Protoform Crash-landings: Who's Who?

Why would he run away from Bumblebee and the kids? Was he ashamed of being "naked?" :)

Because he landed farther away from any vehicles than the others did and wanted to find something as soon as possible...and at that point, he doesn't know what the kids and bumblebee's interaction had been, so he probably wanted to approach them as an earth vehicle of some sort rather than as a giant cybertronian robot.

I will never understand why people think Optimus emerged from the pool. It's Ironhide, it's plain as day. We see Ironhide taking the form of the GMC, and it's blatantly obvious it's Optimus Prime standing atop of the hill and scans the semi truck.

There shouldn't even be debate.

Prime was the one that landed in the field, closest to Bumblebee and company, that's why he was the first one to show up, followed by the others.

Ironhide was the 'tooth fairy' bot, just look at all the trees around him while in protoform and when he changed into the truck!!

Ratchet's protoform appeared very tiny if he was able to 'hide' behind (then push over) a shelving unit inside of a garage, yet the Hummer is not a vehicle.

Once in Earth vehicle modes, Bay's height chart is accurate, however, did he mean that their protoforms are also that height?

at first it was obvious, but analyzing several times watching the scene, the editing and scoring in the pool scene probably made some confusions to me..but it's all clear now.:cwink:

In my opinion, PrimusOptimus has 'em all nailed down correctly.

Also, in case anyone cares, this is who was who in the novelization of the movie by Alan Dean Foster. Pages 160-166, for those who are curious. :d

I really don't know why this is still being debated...

Also, why WOULDN'T Ironhide be worthy enough for a majestic music score as he is coming out of the pool? :)

Ironhide's music had almost a Hunt for Red October feel to it I thought.
