Jeffrey Wells of Hollywood Elsewhere, while not yet having published an official review, really loved the film and has written 3 short opinion pieces on it (and why he thinks some others might not like it):
His initial reaction after the premiere.
Concerns about its commercial success.
Raving about the supporting performances (mainly Cotillard).
Also, The New Yorker review is up, and it's mixed. This is one of the more interesting reviews that I've seen, as he actually loved Mann's style a whole lot, and he really liked the peformances, but he found the character of Dillinger unevenly written. He enjoyed Johnny's performance, but still seems to think he was miscast, since he thinks Dillinger should've been written as more of a loser, and not cool and suave. I dunno, it was a wordy-but-interesting read.
