Perhaps I missed this memo....but did any else catch this in the press release for the Extended FF1 Cut?

As an added bonus for fans, the Fantastic Four Extended Edition DVD will also include a Movie Money coupon good for one free admission (up to $8.50) to Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer when it debuts in theaters on June 29th.

Looks like they are pretty confident with what they have so far. This moves the theatrical debut much closer to--and this will definitely take a bite out of--Transformers' July 4th weekend.

I asked Mirko about it and he said he believed it was a typo in the first place. But this "typo" is in all the press releases sent out from the studio. So either someone messed up or trades like Variety, etc., have not caught up yet.

I'll get the extra "h" edited out though...that's our typo.

It must be a typo .. Die Hard comes June 27 .. I don't think that Fox releases 2 movies in the same week.
