You need to:
-Have Hulk not be over 8 foot tall.
-Have the Hulk help people.
-Have the villain seen hurting people, destroying the city, and the Hulk is the people's only chance of hope.
-Show the Hulk fight thugs, gangs, bikers,a satanic cult, anything that a normal superhero would face in his surroundings.
And put alot of details in the Bruce Banner character as well.Moviegoers hated Bruce Banner in the first movie because he had no emotions,he was like a robot.
Have Bruce be a drifter, give him human emotions, show him as a genius, show him get into situations that only the Hulk can get him out of.
Have Betty die,so he is a loner.
I completely disagree with the idea that Betty should die. As I said, one problem with "Hulk" was that it ignored the Betty/Bruce romance, showing them as a failed couple before we even know why they got together (but I know, I know: that's how the movie was made, it was intended to be like an artsy Greek tragedy type film and not a "popcorn" styled, action-packed superhero film, blah blah blah). In this one, I want to see the Betty/Bruce romance explored and showcased fully since they are one of my favorite Marvel couples.
Besides, there are other ways to show Bruce is a loner and have him not be with Betty without killing her off. I really, really, REALLY hope Betty doesn't die in the new film. Please keep her alive, Mr. Leterrier.
Thanks,
