Maybe this has been answered already.

But did Hiro save charlie from sylar?

Did she die from the blood clot?

Sylar killed her. He's got her idetic memory super power.

But he got to her from the original time line. But then Hiro went back to save her. They went to Japan etc.

And If you notice in the present w/ Ando the present was changing all around him. Fellow waiters were telling ando How great Hiro was a waiting tables.

Maybe Hiro saved Her from sylar but not the Blood clot:huh:

Sylar still kills her in the new timeline. The episode doesn't make much sense tho.:o

She does not go to Japan she backs out and stays at the cafe. Sylar still kills her because she stays in the cafe. However it should be noted that going back in time would directly influence the way Hiro is perceived. Which has been mentioned (other waiters stating Hiros mad waiter skills), but Charlie should have detailed memories when she first meets Hiro as she has shared a past with the Hiro that traveled back in time now. We never see this meeting replayed again so it can be glossed over without any real concern.

I like this show

Charlie's birthday was "about six months ago" (April 24). When Hiro went back in time in an attempt to save her, he gave her a Japanese phrasebook as a birthday present. However, Charlie had also received a Japanese phrasebook for her birthday in the original timeline. Since Hiro was not at Charlie's birthday party in the original timeline, it is unknown who gave this phrasebook to her (it is possible that this is a Predestination Paradox, although this would raise the question of why Hiro did not appear in her birthday photo until he went back in time).

While Charlie's formal name is not fully shown on the list, Mohinder says that "Charlene Andrews" was killed "two days ago, Midland, Texas." (Fallout)

Sylar uses the enhanced memory he stole from Charlie to memorize a truck's instruction manual.

Yeah pretty much that. I find it funny that Sylar does not mention his super memory that often, only in that one novel (learns truck driving). Also Hiro does not seem to mention Charlie again even when he confronts Sylar a few times.
