Has he ever managed to manipulate the Joker? I may have forgotten but I don't remember seeing him try. Has it ever happened, or is the Joker's mental state too much for even PP to handle?

I'm pretty sure I was thinking about the time where Scarecrow's fear gas didn't work on the Joker and I mixed it up.
