I just wanted to say that I really admire Sam Raimi for going down to the wire with this movie. A lot of movie directors would be out promoting the movie on the talk shows, etc. Raimi is pretty much letting people like comcast and Grant Curtis do all of the promoting for him, so he can stay in the editing room and make sure the movie is perfect.

Kudos to you Mr. Raimi

Tell that to Lucas and Spielberg. Lucas promoted the Star Wars movies more hardcore than anybody, mainly becuz he lets the fellas at ILM do all the work for him. Spielberg can do whatever he wants, cuz he's Spielberg. I simply respect Raimi because he knows that this is his baby, and he wants it to be a total masterpiece.

Truth be told, with how much work he's putting into this one, I do think he's preparing for the possibility of this being his last. Nothing definite, but he's definitely ramping up to an end of his directoral reign on Spidey, or a break from Spidey for a while.

And you know something, I'll gladly wait for Raimi to direct something else before another Spidey. He delivers. I'm more than glad to wait for him and let him have a breather.

Hey, let's not be hasty. Danny Elfman is a master, and is definitely a more recognizable name than Sam Raimi. Before film scores (which brought him even more fame), he was frontrunner for the super-popular band Oingo Boingo.

But, that said, the poster here, soiling Danny's good name, needs to grow up. If Danny patched up his problem with Sam, the fake Danny needs to suck it up and shut up.

I'm not dissing Elfman at all- I loved his work on this franchise and on Hulk. I'm glad that his detailed schism with Raimi was mended, though I don't mind Young's pieces at all. The trolls piss me off too, but you gotta just learn to ignore them. A troll, by nature, isn't going to stop, no matter how much logic or reason you show them. They hate only for the sake of hating, it goes far beyond just disliking a film or director or actor.

Don't worry, though. Anybody who wastes so much emotion on hating another person for doing (essentially) nothing is most likely a loser. Danny's venomous hate for Raimi evidently shows he's got no life or is so immature you shouldn't waste your time.
