Superman Returns Rate New Trailer!

what ireally like about this trailer is that its a Superman movie for the modern times, i remember the Reeve Superman movies and that will always stay dear in my heart but this film that has the kind of maturity and captivation and amazement that i can detect from what i've seen of this movie.

I feel the same way. It had a "This isn't completely your Daddy's Superman" feel. Particularly with the cheeky grin from Superman at the end.

I gave it an 8. I thought it was a definately a good, solid trailer. I'm still not entirely sold on Spacey yet, and Shia is still annoying (but he's supposed to be i guess), but I got to see more of Routh as Supes which is good since I've seen almost nothign of him so far. It's interesting, because the way this trailer came off for me is that this is much more a character study type of film with some action moments kind of like Hulk.

Now I've heard that there both are a lot of action sequences and that there aren't either. IF there aren't that many, than this was a great trailer for it IMO. One of the Hulk's biggest problems was that everyone just expected it to be a huge action movie and they were dissapointed with a character study. To, me, this trailer made me think that this movie will be a character study with some actiona along the way, which is definately not a bad thing.

This is by far the best I've seen so far. I know I've keep the position of "wait and see" for the film. Not to say that it would be bad but before I give my complete support I should see the film first. But damnit Singer is making it hard to keep unbias either way. The more I see the more I think Singer has hit one out of the damn ballpark.
