I hope when you do the xmen First Class you go with the comic version of the first class. It might not be likely but looking at your brilliant work when it's finished might be the closest I get to the movie they should make.

I've been working on several pieces. A Wicked mural, my continuing Street Fighter piece and I have just started a First Class poster. Im torn between the most likely candidates of the movie... and the comic roster... We'll see how it goes though.

My entry for Round One of the fanart tourney... 'Marvel Vs DC'. Trying to think a little outside the box. It's inspired by a pic I saw ages ago of a man playing chess with a steam-punk-esque robot - this version though is Wonder Woman and her metal friend... and has nudity.

Its 98% drawn. The only thing in this final pic thats a photo is the back of the cards. There were a lot of pics I used for reference, including the Mary Louise Parker promo I repainted from scratch for WW's face. I'm kind of impressed people recognised her!

The metal was all from scratch with some layering of chrome pipes and things to get the shine in the right place, then repainted to use the colours of the table and WW's reflection.

Round 2 | Mirrors are for girls (Or... Medusa!? I hardly know 'er.)

:: Entry for round two of the fanart tourney. The mythology theme, left me kind of stumped - 'ancient Gods in modern times', 'modern Gods', superheroes vs monsters etc;.. Eventually I settled on 'who would I send out these days to fight/kill the monsters or demons...' and I've been toying the idea of doing a comic cover piece for a while.
:: Good Slayer, turned bad slayer, turned bad-ass good-intentioned Slayer... Faith. The idea being a 'Faith' mini-series - globe trotting and monster killing... without the aid of mirrors. Volume one, Faith vs. Medusa. Kind of figured Faith would head in 'blind'. None of that faffing about with mirrors and reflections - just instinct and a big ol'knife.

Not entirely finished, but my tablet pen died on me and the deadline was upon me. Glad to have gotten this far though, especially since I had NO Medusa when the tablet croaked and had to finish it with tablet pen in one hand and a mouse to click with in the other.
