The second Transformers movie was so bad I pulled it out of my player after ten minutes.

Y'know, maybe i ought to start doing that and really get around to some of those genre-flicks I've been avoiding:

Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance (the only good thing in the first movie was that 30 or so seconds of "Crazy Train" by Ozzy at the beginning)
Jonah Hex
Jennifer's Body
Transformers 2 and 3..

Well I haven't seen it yet, the first movie was terrible enough. Is it that good (I'm talking about Spirit of Vengeance)?

I actually enjoyed the first DD movie, it felt like I was watching a comic-book. Granted it could've been a lot better but it was okay the way they shot it. I actually wouldn't mind if Affleck came back to the role, or even better, if Affleck directed the next DD movie. He's got noir down to a pulse.

Then again, list of potential DD directors for me would be:

Kevin Smith (I... don't know why?)
Ben Affleck
or Brian de Palma.

Really noir-it-up. Make it so noir that people won't compare it to Nolan's post-noir films in The Dark Knight. I'm talking with Frank Miller visual sensibilities.

Isn't it always? I gave up on telling people online to get when I'm being sarcastic -- it's just so much part of the nature of the written word!

On a side-note though, be hard to get people speaking in real life. Who likes opening up?

Depends on your definition of good. SoV didn't try to be a superhero film like the first one did, it tried to be wacky and insane. For the most part they did a good job on that level.

Seeing all the differences in the Director Cut got me thinking this is how it should've been in theaters

The 4th Underworld movie was pretty craptastic.

The whole film felt like a 30min Teaser film for what was to come in Underworld 4. But it was just Underworld 4 instead.
