Whatever its pointless to argue with you guys when you're one sided, you aren't giving Resistance Fall of Man a chance. 1.up clearly said Sony is saving Resistance for TGS so they can show off the impressive graphics.....you know what, this is pointless I'll let Resistance speak for its self.

mentok im not goin to bother tryin to get one qoute out of ur last post but if this game doesnt have a good multi play with graphics/lighting/textures/eficiancy that is just as good as single player with meaning full multi play modes such as your classics ( death match, CTF, TDM, ect) and game spacific such as an alian vs human mode or what not this game will be a compleete flop in my eyes cuz i play games to pwn other people lizard plays for a single player story line, screw that no replay value, noob

I'm able to because I actually have sources to refer to if in a pickle, I mean everyone thought Resistance was generic at first and then they played it and were like Oh my God this game is superb.

Then why not use those sources and show us the latest screenshots and gameplay footage instead of whining about how old a build they were taken from?

There has been nothing negative about Resistance Fall of Man and everyone whose played it is blown away by it 1.up,PSM,Gamespot,IGN,EGM,Gamepro. I mean if they are able to get positive reviews after everyone has actually had the time to sit down and see what makes the game tick they see that Resistance Fall of Man has a lot going for it.

Like I said, these are the very same guys who called Half-Life 2 and Doom III the best games ever created even before they were released. These are the very same guys who gave a ****load greater number of awards to Mass Effect, Gears of War, Crysis and Bioshock than they did to Resistance. And if we are to believe them like you want us to, than already Resistance is inferior to all those games.

What facts? There is not a single screenshot or video of Resistance that looks impressive to me. Those are all the facts I give credence to, not some guy writing his opinion on the internet.

Dude he said that he was pissed because they didn't get to show any of the amazing footage of Resistance Fall of Man and show people what this game was really made of because Sony wouldn't allow it, Sony gave them basically crap to show and was disappointed they weren't able to show the awesome aspects Resistance has to offer.

just because resistance isn't the best looking game out there (and it's not by any stretch) doesn't mean it's "crap"

everyone that's played it is impressed by it, regardless of the graphics (which they also have nothing to say bad about)

I'm just going to wait until TGS or until Resistance Fall of Man comes out. As I think all of you should, however being able to hype the game like its the next comign of Christ i'm entitled to because this is the sole purpose of the thread is to make people aware of this awesome game.

Wow Mentok way to show some intelligence, dude Resistance has the most natural lighting to date in a next gen game according to IGN. And personally i'd trust IGN over you guys any day of the week. They know their s**T unlike you and I we have vast perceptions of what is good and what isn't.

I think Resistance just looks to realistic that you guys aren't accustomed to seeing these vast depictations of un-realism and when a gun uses lighting and has muzzle flashes that don't light up a whole room like F.E.A.R. you think its terrible.

Whoever here gave a crap about this game? This thread is getting so many replies because Liz floods junk about this game in here and every other thread he posts in. We're just here to balance things out by providing a little criticism and show him his favorite game isn't all that it's cranked up to be so he can stop bothering us.

You're missing the point. No one is saying Resistance is bad because of the muzzle flash. We have it's visuals, gameplay, and developer for that. The point is that the muzzle flash IS a problem, and even though it's a tiny, barely noticeable problem, Lizard and his, erm, "friend" can't seem to stop denying that it exists, even going so far as to claim that muzzle flash doesn't exist period. The issue is just how much Lizard is deluding himself over it, not it's impact on the game's quality, or lack thereof.
