Yeah I think its stupid I have to wait another two years before being able to purchase M games, I mean what can I get done in two years? Theres nothing, I think the rating system is for s**t. Those guys at Columbine were like 18 and still killed people.
I think it should be more based on your perceptions of reality and your sane level than your age, but thats just my opinion. I don't think age plays a huge role I mean i'm mature when I want to be, on here I act like a dumbass sometimesor maybe all the time depends on the side but thats besides the point. I think rating games and keeping them from children who are able to actually handle mature content is just lame.
I mean you'll always get those kids who are sneaking into R rated movies, why punish them for seeing something they can handle?
I forgot to post this during my ramble
Its quotes like these that make me think theres more to Resistance's graphics than what they have shown and frankly I think you all will feel the same and will stop bashing me for always saying "They will look better I swear"
In an interview about TGS, a question was asked "Is the current build the best Resistance can look?" and the answer? "Not even close". How much do you think will be improved

Insomniac confirms that Resistance will be 720p
Some time ago, Insomniac had stated that Resistance: Fall of Man would be able to support the 1080p resolution. However, today at Sony's Gamer's Day conference, they went back on that comment, now stating that the game will run up to 720p. This is what they said:
"Native 1080p (versus 720p scaled to 1080p) uses much more VRAM than 720p. When we finished up a few of our bigger levels at the very end of the development process we realized that we would have had to steal VRAM from some of our characters and environments to run in native 1080p. Anyway, we felt it was best to stay at 720p and that, at least while 1080p televisions are still relatively scarce, we should focus on implementing 1080p for our future games." - Ted Price
Price went on to say that they have done testing to make sure that the "Dead Rising Syndrome" (where text size scales with resolution and becomes unreadable on regular TVs) will not happen. They also said that Resistance takes up a total of 16GB on the Blu-Ray disc, not the 20GB that they had previously announced.
One question was raised that brought a lot more questions than answers. When asked about the in game friends list compared to the PS3 network friends list, this was the response:
"The buddy list is specific to Resistance. And we decided not to bother people in-game with messages. If you have a new message sent to you while you're in a game, you'll see your "buddy list" tab flashing when you re-enter the lobby after playing a game. The buddy list tab is where you can access your friends, ignore list, messages, etc."
This brings up the serious question as to whether the PS3 network friends list will be just for chatting outside of games or if there will eventually be support for it in games. Stay tuned for more Gamer's Day info.

But who cares I still think this game is going to be amazing!
But who cares I still think this game is going to be amazing! That's what I'm thinking, it'll be good, but not amazing.. The game looks like it'll be fun to play but generic in a cumbersome FPS genre.. If the game doesn't bring anything new, then it's viewed as just okay.. It still looks fun to play, though.THE LIZARD#1 said:^The second pic doesn't work
1.up said that this is a REALLY REALLY good game, they said it was awesome however its not the second coming of the FPS genre. they said you won't go blind by its awesomeness so i'm a sad panda right nowBut who cares I still think this game is going to be amazing!
And now we have more evidence that 1080p-native games just aren't going to work well with the limited amount of VRAM that is available on the PS3.
