Ridley Scott's "Exodus"

You do realize Ridley Scott may have just wanted to work with Christian Bale and thought, appearance aside, he'd be a good fit for the character, right? That's what "director's choice" means. Harvey Weinstein fought Tarantino over and over again about John Travolta being in Pulp Fiction, but for whatever reason, Tarantino wanted Travolta for the part and no one else. Most writer/directors instantly think of an actor they love when they read/write a script. There's nothing racist about it. And yes, Bale's known strengths as an actor do go hand in hand with the character of Mosses. Some of you need to learn a bit about the art of filmmaking before posting gibberish.
