It is pretty ambiguous. He's not really alive. It's pretty horrific in that he's basically a corpse-puppet on some sort of rigging, but he's able to speak through the body via his spirit. He's also "all the souls of the past Sith" in the body. Eventually, he manages to restore life to the body though. I can't recall if they directly mention how the body was still intact, but it was a sort of, horror-mad-scientist lab, so it might not be his original."

eh I disagree haha. But we'll see how it all plays out next week. I like the idea of him giving his life force in order to save Rey. its the reverse of the anakin/padme story and the "power to save one from death".

Well from the sound of it he kisses her with his dying breath while trading his life force for hers, it's not necessarily them really having a shared kiss.

Huge new update to the script leak from you know where. dont read at all if you don't want to know, but i must say, this sounds damn good. The ending is what ill describe.

• Apparently Palpatine does in fact Ben into the ravine, claiming he is the last in the Skywalker line.
  
  
• Rey hears voices such as "Yoda, Luke, Leia, Mace Windu, and others" who give her the strength to stand up. Palpatine tries to lightning her but she blocks it with one of the Sabres but it seemingly stalemates them. She then finds the strength to pull the other sabre to her making an X formation and this allows her to deflect the lightning back toward him.
  
  
• Palpatine apparently disintegrates and explodes, causing the arena to crumble (This is where new information comes into the picture) but also killing Rey. Ben apparently climbs out of the pit finding a dead Rey and decides to give his life for her. He uses the healing trick to save Rey but draining his life force in the process. Then "there’s a weird fanfic moment where they kiss, and he dies."

Get back down that hole, Kylo.

I’m a little more concerned about “Rey uses the power of...a second lightsaber to deflect lightning and blow up Palpatine.” Does she hit his robot parts? Is he just more powerful from draining Force energy so his Lightning is super charged?

To be fair, I didn't read that spoiler as he kisses her to heal, but that they kiss AFTER she is healed, so she's a willing participant, but who knows.
