No I'm not.7Hells said:I think you are taking the whole realism thing way too far.
I think what he meant was that Batman is for more realistic than Robin. As in Batman might some how be possible or is possible if you change one or two minor details where as Robin is just complete fantasy not possible in any way.Two Face said:Batman himself is a fantasy he comes from a comic book I mean nobody will dresses up as a bat to fight crime. If Robin gets in Batman 3 I wouldn't complain long as he's written probably if not then is not end of the world....
ok lets use your logic here. realism.Mr. Superhero said:It's like everyone has started dressing up as their favourite species of animal/bird etc.
As soon as Batman appears, people think: "I know, I'll dress up as a Cat and become a villain!" or... "Hey! I like Robin's, I'll dress up as a Robin and help Batman!" It's like these people are just walking into Bruce's life, such a stupid idea.

Ridiculous..? Are you from this planet...?And using the idea of a 65-year old man or a dog also being able to commit a crime is ridiculous.
Batman Begins shows that the whole idea is realistic. He finds a bullet proof costume - not impossible. He wants his enemies to share his fear, so he orders a bat symbolized mask to generate fear... again, not impossible. What realistic events have a man dressed as a bat?
The truth hurts...The way you compare a 95 year old man and a dog to characters from the comic who would have the skills to perform the crimes that the characters from the comics perform is what's ridiculous.
I read it, and I didn't think anything of it. If I felt you were totally wrong, I would have commented. You weren't totally wrong - so I didn't comment.I see you avoided the part of how you said the name based on what they like being stupid and the gender based crime thing.
If you think Robin is a good idea, then you obviously haven't seen BF, and B&R - or you know absolutely nothing about Batman, and the whole concept of Batman.I'm sorry but you're an idiot if you think that's reason enough for no Robin, or Catwomanor anyone else that you might not like.
Not once have I proved myself wrong.Majik1387 said:Don't need to. You do it yourself.
Robin didn't destroy the franchise, he partly destroyed the franchise. Two Face said:Sure Batman Forever and Batman & Robin were bad movies but Robin didn't kill the franchise it was the different direction that killed old franchise but I'm in the Batman loner side if they introduce Robin in third or fourth movie I will be ok with it long as it's written good.
Yes you do. You say stupid illogical crap all the time like "Someone dressing like a Cat? hahaha! A bird? AAAHAHAHAHAHA! But a bat? Ohf coursethat makes perfect sense!".Mr. Superhero said:Not once have I proved myself wrong.
Its ridiculous in the context of your argument. You compared both of these scenarios to a female criminal. Thats why it was ridiculous.Mr. Superhero said:Ridiculous..? Are you from this planet...?
A 95-year old man can commit a crime, can he not? A dog can severly injure it's owner, resulting in death - which is a way of punishing a dog for it's crime. So, how in god's name is the whole idea ridiculous...?
So basically all Nolan has to do to make these other characters realistic for you is show their origin. I believe thats what the argument is about. If Nolan can make a guy dressing as a bat to fight crime make sense he will have no problem explaining Robin or Catwoman.Mr. Superhero said:Batman Begins shows that the whole idea is realistic. Totally, but I have an affinity for Nightwing so my opinion is biasedStorminNorman said:Robin can be done realistically - he IMO would just not be able to be a full partner with the Dark Knight (that status should only be given when he becomes Nightwing)

StorminNorman said:Robin can be done realistically - he IMO would just not be able to be a full partner with the Dark Knight (that status should only be given when he becomes Nightwing) - however a side kick first being used more as a scout would fit perfectly well in Nolan's world - as would the Orical.
Now as far as Catwoman goes, I see no reason why she could not be introduced into the films the same way she is in the comics.
ever heard that no 2 ppl are alike?nolan will make robin dark no nippley and whiney(spelling)Mr. Superhero said:If you think Robin is a good idea, then you obviously haven't seen BF, and B&R - or you know absolutely nothing about Batman, and the whole concept of Batman.
I love how you mention no two people are alike. Because you know you are one to talk calling him an idiot and all just because he doesn't agree with you.batboy99 said:ever heard that no 2 ppl are alike?nolan will make robin dark no nippley and whiney(spelling)
trustyside-kick said:I don't want Catwoman to appear in the Nolan films...nothing against the character I just do not feel the need for her...I want stories with other villains overlooked or rarely used.
I think she is one of if not the least interesting foe however as a good guy I enjoy her especially after Hush.StorminNorman said:I agree, however I think that characters like Penguin and the Riddler should be ditched before Catwoman. She is by far one of the most intresting Bat-Foes and one of the few characters that plays a big role in both the lives of Bruce Wayne and The Batman. Batman needs a love intrest (according to WB) - why not Miss Kyle?
The thing that makes Catwoman interesting as a villain is that she's - at least partially - a "good guy" too.Stupify_me said:I think she is one of if not the least interesting foe however as a good guy I enjoy her especially after Hush.
