Rocky Balboa is going to be a great movie I hope! I love Rocky! The Trailer was great, when I was searching trailers for Spiderman III on movies.com, I came across the the trailer by accident and I couldn't believe it.

I just hope the heart and feeling of the older Rocky's is in there...and it's not ruined or spoiled by today's hollywood.

It looks as though Stallone did in fact go back to the roots of the character in this film, so I think you'll be satisfied. It should be a more emotional film than the others, that's for sure.

I think it will be the feel good movie of the year. Nothing better to end the year than with such an inspirational story. I'm wondering who are the opponents in that weekend for the top spot at the box-office...

Rocky V supposedly returned to the "roots" of Rocky after Rocky IV , and it didn't do so well. As long as the film is enjoyable, that's what counts. Above all, the film has to be fun. Stallone can't recapture the past, however he can craft the film in the spirit of the original. Make it enjoyable and make the audience leave feeling good about life.

I don't want a 10 minute scene with Lil' Marie taking over Adrian's spot with the long drawn out speech about life and why Rocky should fight. Just give us what we want; Rocky overcoming the odds and ending up on top. Anything other than that begs the question, what was the point of this?

You gotta remember that when Rocky 5 came out rap music was hip and of course Stallone has to cater to all the homies and bruthas out there.

Don't forget Rocky 3 with Survivor's Eye Of The Tiger it catered to the pop songs of the time.

Rocky 6 will feature contemporary songs like regeatton

i do wish the new movie was gonna be PG-13, but besides that, i have no complaint...

i have a complaint about the Anthology DVDs, though... i bought mine at Wal Mart, and it didn't come with the A&E biography advertised... when i asked Wal Mart about it, they said none of the sets sold there come with it, so i guess i'd have to buy it somewhere else to get that! that sucks!

maybe i'll just look for the biography separately on eBay or something...

man I hate to say it, but if no one wants to revisit superman, I doubt rocky 6 will do well, unless it's on par with million dollar baby.....I have a feeling this is going to be another Basic Instinct 2. Stallones career is over....

Contrary to Superman Returns and Basic Instinct 2, RB has a good original story.
