Oh wait, does this mean that stuff like The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, or any show within the DCCW might not have future access to The Rogues, even though Heat Wave is part of Rip Hunter's team on Legends?

I think a cool idea to use the Rogues and still have an over arching plot involving the Reverse Flash would be if Reverse Flash gave the Rogues their weapons from the future.

Almost all of the Rogues are tech based:

Captain Cold- Futuristic cold gun
Heat Wave- Futuristic heat gun
Mirror Master- Futuristic mirror warping tech
Weather Wizard- Futuristic weather manipulating wand
Trickster- Futuristic themed explosives, tricks etc.
Captain Boomerang- Futuristic boomerangs

Reverse Flash could come back and arm them with dangerous high level tech weapons even from his time (or maybe they could have stolen it). Would be a simple way to explain all the rogues origins at once while not distracting from the main plot

Heat Wave definitely Walton Goggins gets my vote

Mirror Master I would go with Jonny Lee Miller as well so we definitely agree on that

Golden Glider I again agree with you on Rebecca Ferguson

Weather Wizard Timothy Olyphant I don't have a problem with either because he can definitely play great villains especially if you have seen him in Live Free or Die Hard

Jai Courtney returning as Boomerang makes sense given Suicide Squad and the first time he and Flash crossed paths
