So the 'Relax, its too early' guys are still around or do we agree that the movie is in for a bludgeoning?

I think 30 reviews in we can start saying that the film is probably getting a beating from critics. IDK how much of a beating, but I think it'll get stuck in the 70s.

I do think that when we had like 15 reviews it was to early but with 30 now and today we had 7 and 4 where bad out of the 7 so i would say it is time to panick now. So i heard the last star trek got a 87 but didnt start off good. So my question if any one knows is how many reviews did star trek have by the time it got to double dights in bad reviews?

I don't remember those specific details, but Star Trek Into Darkness started in the early 70s and slowly made it's way up to 87%. I remember it being stuck at 78% for a while as well.

With 30 reviews, Star Trek into The Darkness was at 83%. I sincerely don't know why people are freaking out, I feel this film will keep getting praise from the critics and stay between low 800and high 80s.

while 83% affter 30 reviews for star trek is still a good amount higher then where we are at now has we are only 73 right now. That is 10% lower so if the amazing spider man 2 finish that much lower then we are talking about 77% and it sounds like 33% of of the possitvie ones are more mixed like 3/5 type scores.

Not to be rude Avenging Spidey but you're sounding really optimistic, almost overly so

was just looking at some movies i like that dont have good scores. Ice age dawn of the dinasores 45%, ice age the meltdown 57%, man of steel 56%, i roboot witch i love 58%, jurrassic park 3 49%. So has you can see i dont lisen to credits and make up my own mind.

Sony are pretty successful aren't they?

PS4 outsold Xbox 1, they'd sell plenty of TV's, their new mobile phone is looking great and they are releasing major motion pictures. Also their a big player in the music industry aren't they?

Or are sony about to kick the can and I have not even noticed?

I never under stood how sony is having some much trouble they are a great company has there products dont break and they have tv's and video games and yeah music they own micheal jackson music to. But i have heard that sony is not doing good i gus that is just how bad the inconime is.

That.... Is actually the problem :( While people are busy with the results of the PS4, Sony sold off a few properties and shut down a few of their subsidiaries. That may not sound like much, but Sony is supposed to be EVERYWHERE and that is a big problem for them.

I wouldn't count them out yet, though. They probably just need a killer app.... That isn't the PS Vita.

yeah i heard about sony and saleing things but people do tend to over react so mabey it is not has bad has people say. People have talked about nintendo going away even thoug they are loaded with money right now.

If it settles in the 70 %, it'll still be fine, would be puzzling for it to be under TASM but RT mainly just tells you how many consider it fresh, or rotten, some reviews have no ratings as well, so that kind of throws the whole rating ratio off.

About the inevitable comparisons with TWS' great reception, I think it's pretty obvious the two couldn't be more different in style or tone, or what they're trying to do.

73% with just 30 reviews doesn't look good. Usually early ratings for the last few CBMs aren't this low, I wonder if its gonna get lower once it hits 200 reviews.

Who knows, this could be like a rollercoaster like what happened to The Wolverine the week of its release, it started with 80 something then it went down to 50 something then it settled to 69%.

The money they use to make has been eaten by the likes of Apple.

Make good movies?

The score should be way higher than what it is there are loads of great reviews that aren't getting posted on RT

It feels like practically all those that we posted and don't qualify to go on RT are positive ones.

Watching the score is annoying. It comes up then down then up again then down again then back up then back down.

I wouldn't call 22 positives to 8 negatives a beating. The other way around would be but not this.

The problem it seems is that every negative review brings it down further than positive would make it go up, unless I get it wrong, but just one more negative review can bring down the score significantly.
