I am not surprised, I am actually seeing it on a free ticket but the teasers make it seem like he will be R rated then it is PG13. All of the tv spots and trailers are like "You kill people" "Rip off your wings" and just about him being a uncaring OP god yet I doubt they show anything too violent or have dramatic language.

Would it change the quality of those films for you?

There's literally 2% in what is "acceptable" for WW84 and what it actually got. I think Man of Steel is better than Endgame, frankly. I also think Infinity War is better than Endgame. I think WW94 is better than Captain Marvel.

Quality is subjective. Obviously you want broad appeal, but lets see where this lands with audiences. It's clearly not a Morbius level disaster.

I didn't say I loved it haha.

I still think there is a very small chance that Black Adam goes "Fresh",. It has been trending upwards all day. It's "Top Critics" score is in the pits, but the more "general audience" critics seem to think its a fun, albeit dumb, time.

If it scored lower, probably it meant there were more problems with the movie. You have to consider anything lower than 50% to 60% means, almost half of the reviewers didn't think the movie wasn't good enough hence the "rotten rating".

Personally, i have enjoyed movies with a rotten rating. But in terms of "superhero movies". Rotten Tomatoes is pretty much inclined with what I thought with Dc/Marvel movies eXcept for Zack Snyder's bloated version of JL. As for the movies you have mentioned. Imo, Man of Steel wasn't even close to endgame. I thought Man of Steel sucked. Captain Marvel was better than Ww84. I have enjoyed Endgame more than Infinity War.

Also, for years, Rotten Tomatoes has always been a guide for critical reception, though it doesn't mean you have to eat it up, but it still a reflection about what the critics think of the movie. So anything lower than 70% imo is not good.

That shoulda been the priority.
If this bombs they'll be no excuse that will pass the muster.
