Sinewave, I think it's hilarious that you're trying to blast me for just saying wrong when it's exactly what you did.
I said that, because it's a comic book, something like Superman concealing his identity is trivial. In the real world, no one would be able to do it, but it's a comic, so he can.
Then Phere compared it to Parallax, and I responded, saying that Superman's deal is trivial, because it doesn't actually impact anything, whereas the Parallax deal impact a ton, including changing the way readers looked at something like TEN WHOLE YEARS of continuity.
If you don't see how one is trivial when compared to the other, you're f***ing stupid.
I never said any of it wasn't trivial when compared to real life. In fact, how is saying Superman's method is trivial because it's in a comic book NOT agreeing with you? Christ, dude, THINK before you try to argue.
And since your panties are still so hung up over the word "Wrong," I urge you to look back at what I was responding to. You said:

wrong. if one's trivial then they both are.
That's not debate, hotshot, that's called stating your position. You didn't provide any sort of argument, you didn't support anything, you just made a statement. If you went into a formal debate supporting capital punishment and just said, "Capital punishment is good," you'd be slaughtered. Do you seriously not get that? What part of what you said do you think calls for anything beyond mirroring what you did?
It tickles me that this is all stemming from your complete refusal to admit that you had no idea what you were arguing when you decided to start up with me.
