Saddest Movie Moments

An older one that actually got me choked up because of all the events he went through and was always thinking about her was in Forrest Gump when he's at her grave and starts crying while saying "I miss you Jenny".

That man in me had to really hold back my tears around my friends during that scene lol.
Yeah, there's that, and the scene where he first meets his son and asks if he's, "like me." That was so powerful...yet subtle.

Here's the jurassic bark scene guys

I'll be honest, I cried at that scene.

However,...

Don't read if you don't want to be spoiled
In Bender's Big Score, Seymour, lives out his days with Fry's duplicate which I like because I didn't want to see Semour spend his how life waiting like that. It was heartbreaking.

Passion Of The Christ- I cried. Nuff' said.

E.T.- E.T. saying goodbye's heartbreaking stuff.

Brokeback Mountain- The music, Ledger's face, and the way he delivered the "Jack, I swear" line, soooo sad.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest- The ending is tragic but epic at the same time.

UPDATE: I forgot Casablanca. It got me really sad too.

This is the saddest movie moment for me. Excellent performances. Excellent music by Clint Mansell. Just when the music picks up it just gets worse and worse.

The end of Life Is Beautiful (Vita è bella, La):csad:, It's still very uplifting but at the same time...

Just had to rewatch the Lion King today....
Was in a sea of tears cause of THAT scene...

Bambi!!!

also the start of finding nemo!

Rudy being carried off of the field.

The end of League of Their Own when they are old and play baseball again.

my dog skip, the last scene is such a tear jerker I got a lump in my throat my girlfriend was balling, and stand by me

In Batman Returns the scene where Batman rips off his cowl in front of Catwoman towards the end.

X-Men 3 when
Proffesor Xavier Died
It shocked me into tears. Also The Bucket List, that made me cry a little.

Finding Nemo, in the Begining
Iron Giant, the "Superman" line.

The opening Scenes of Superman Returns when Krypton Blows up, and you hear Brando do his thing...

Atonement, for me. My woman won't forget my reaction to that; sitting in the theatre, tears dripping from my cheeks :(

Recently though, Lars and the Real Girl got me a lil bit. Loved it, fitting ending to the film.

The Sixth Sense: when Cole tells his mother that he's able to speak to his late grandmother, and answers the question she asked at her grave.

The Color Purple: when the sister gets sent away

The Color Purple: when the sister comes back

Finding Nemo: "I won't let anything happen to you, Nemo."

Beaches: Oh, the whole last 20 minutes.

The Champ: "I want Champ! Wake him up! I want Champ!"

And it's not a sad scene at all, but the ending of "It's A Wonderful Life" usually has me breaking out the tissues as well.

I cried at the end of Terminator 2 (I was like 6 back then). When Arnie gave the thumbs up, I was bawling. he was...human in the inside (sobbing)

X-Men 3 when
Proffesor Xavier Died
It shocked me into tears. Also The Bucket List, that made me cry a little.

Agreed. Everytime I see it, when it gets to the "Don't let it control you" I and he turns to logan I just feel so sad.

United 97 killed me all the way through as well, the end is just heartwrenching because you want so badly for them to get control of the plain but know it can never happen.
