I'm really not all that good with the sliders for face adjustment. I'm unable to conceptualize the "big picture," even in SR2 for the most part, which has less sliders.

Maybe if I sit there and plug away at it long enough, but I don't know. It would've been nice if they'd included multiple presets, since that would at least provide a few more variations.

Use a pictures for reference. If you are trying to recreate a specific "person/character".

Presets should have been included too I agree.

I downloaded the Initiation Station thinking it was a demo and was shocked to see that I couldnt play anything after I uploaded my character. Its amazing how detailed the character editor is and the graphics seemed improved from the last game

Um, why is the demo only to create your guy? I would think they would wanna sell a little bit more then that.

Also, I wanted more tattoo's. Kinda felt disappointed in that.

I haven't kept up much with this game since I was just planning on renting it by Gamefly and since it might take a while to be available..I didn't want to get too excited!

I downloaded that Station demo/trial or whatever,I was kinda disappointed in no gameplay demo..But the create feature is just amazing now,I created myself But a bit exaggerated!!!!

The gameplay footage of created people in action before creating was f'n awesome!,And after seeing videos like this one..

It seems like they have picked up on it what people liked over Grand Theft Auto 4, the more cartoony colorful over the top stuff and took it as far as they can. definitely picking this one up.

I should get my copy today from GF. This should be a nice change of pace from some of the other games I am playing. Looks like a bunch of fun.

Been having a lot of fun with this game.

My only real disappointment so far is they massively streamlined the customisation regarding clothes. In the last one, you could choose any layer, make it any colour, put emblems on it, that kinda thing, but now all the clothes seem more pre-fixed. I mean, I made the PERFECT Punisher character, he couldn't look any more like Frank Castle but then I can't put a damn skull emblem on his shirt lol.

Also, I liked in SR 2 how you could choose an undershirt, then an overshirt then a coat, if you wanted.

Nitpicky I know, but since they refined the core gameplay so much, it would have been nice to have MORE customisation options, rather than less.

Dude this one is even freakin' crazier.... I mean, there's the DLC where you shoot fish guts on an enemy and it makes a freaking shark erupt from the pavement and eat them, or there's the side mission where one player drives whilst the other player presses a series of buttons to keep a TIGER CALM... A TIGER... Just sitting in the back seat. Crazy.

Hahaha wow I may have to bump this one up on my purchasing list. Watching some gameplay and stuff, it looks ridiculously fun to play. Thats why I love Saints Row, they are ridiculous and they have full on fun with it.
