I haven't bought it yet, and I surely will. I just have one question: Can you still kick doors open?

Silly question I know, but I've found few things more satisfying in the previous games (and even THQ's Punisher game) than kicking open a door with a shotgun ready.

I don't think so hahah, there aren't many opportunities where kicking a door open is necessary anyways.

"I Need a Hero" playing during that one mission still makes me smile.

Well, the lead writer said he is. They went to his funeral in Stilwater before returning to Steelport. You get Zombie Gat as a homie. It's why I'm really hoping SR4 starts off with a reveal that The Third was just a dream hahah.

I don't have The Third yet, but I'm enjoying the hell out of SR2 right now, and just wanted to ask a stupid question:

why isn't Third in Stilwater? I mean, "Saints Row" is an actual place in SR1 & 2; does it have any meaning at all in a totally different city?

The Saints have become international celebrities so you'll hear pedestrians praise or hate you hahah; They have their own brand of energy drink and a clothing store franchise amongst other things. And as for the change in locale, well, you'll find out early on. :]

I didn't mind the Johnny thing since he and the main character were always a little too similar in personality anyway, and depending on your characters race, even similar voice actors. I like the balance between you, Pierce, Shaundi and Oleg in this one.

Fully agreed,Plus I f'n love Zimos too and the FBI geek chick is alright,I really hope they return in the next game,Shaundi kinda annoyed me in this one But eh I still like her!!!!

I'm having a blast with most of the activities&side missions in the Saints Book..But why no Murder Brawl?Tons of potential for three activities or side-mission!

Perhaps there's a chance for a Murder Brawl XXI DLC pack!?,The ones by the phone calls..Do you do them just for something extra to do or do you unlock something later on??

Will there be a story/Episode DLC similar to GTA's TLAD&TBOGT?I'd love to play as Oleg&Zimos where the story is their background&prequel to the game!

The NyteBlade pack is available with the season pass. They haven't said if they will make the Genki preorder available, but I'm sure it will at some point.

If no one has stated this yet there were many comic book similarities in this game, the hacker chick was like Barbara Gordon/Oracle, Killbane was like Bane and Oleg looked like the animated version of Kingpin from Spider-Man TAS. Also STAG's ship reminded me of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Hellicarrier. This game is epic!!!

In Kinzie's "inner sanctum" there's a panel of Punisher punching a polar bear.

I also noticed the comic similarities and I love it,Even in the story with the Saints being a HUGE deal and most type of missions I got a super-hero/vigilante type of vibe,Wrestling&Super-Hero outfits are nice bonuses that pretty much confirms it!!!

Right now my character has this coat/pants&boots from the"Nobody Loves Me"store and it's like Neo's from The Matrix But when in or standing by my custom trucks&cycles..Reminds me of The Punisher!

Oh and I've been wanting to ask IF we can customize air-crafts!?We can for ground vehicles But what about a Vtol or a Spectre??

I just got it a couple of hours ago so I haven't done much, but it's as over the top and hilarious as I'd expect. The level of customization is great!

My only complaint is that you don't appear to be able to adjust the camera distance while driving, and as usual with games the standard is too close for my liking. Is there a way to adjust the distance?
