2011 is the perfect year for SM4.
It doesn't matter if the next Spider-Man movie were to be made in ten years, people will still go see it. Spider-Man is really *****ing popular overall.
Superhero Hype! got a chance to talk to 30 Days of Night producer and "Spider-Man" franchise director Sam Raimi today. The only thing we learned about Spider-Man 4 is that Sony Pictures is bringing new writers on board for a fresh take on the material. Raimi says he has not been asked by the studio to return to the director's chair yet.
New writers! Heh cool! Wonder who they are!
Oh dearThats not good news if you ask me

A director is typically signed on after a script is written, so I don't think it's unusual that Raimi hasn't been asked to return yet.
SOME people might be happy that Raimi isn't writing. Could mean no dance sequences lol.
Then this is good news I guessMy only problem with Raimi writing is that he's slow. I remember reading that writing the SM3 script took over a year for Raimi to do, and he admitted to being a slower writer compared to others in Hollywood.
Cool! I wonder who the new writer will be. I really got the feeling Sam will be directing also, which is a really good thing.
It could have been brought up, but I really don't think Sam would have a superhero crossover.Hell I am sure there have been so many stories, perhaps even DD vs. Spiderman
I defenitley agree. As I once said, they are a perfect fit.KRAVEN + LIZARD FTW!![]()
Me to, it has been a while.I'm just glad SOMETHING is happening over at Sony.
