Also, the symbiote can't influence the Police. They must have some solid evidence to prove Marko is the real killer if they called the victim's family in to tell them that.

That's true, after all, Stacy was informing Peter and Aunt May about the new information on Uncle Bens killer.

No, I reckon the only thing the symbiote will do is amplify Peter's anger into murderous feelings. Same way as he nearly kills Harry with that pumpkin bomb.

As for Sandman, I just hope the Uncle Ben thing is somehow not true. I know it probably will be, but I'm still clinging to the hope that Raimi ain't that shallow with his story telling.

your right, the chances of peter hillucinating over marko killing uncle ben is not good, we all know marko killed uncle ben, peter didnt have the symbiote when captain stacy told him marko killed his uncle ben.
