When I found this, I almost mistaken her for ScarJo.

I personally liked the Black Widow's long curly hair in Iron Man 2 a lot more than the short haircut in The Avengers.

Personally, I think the figure's face isn't wide enough at Scarjo's cheek bones. I don't think it looks like Scarjo.

I think its the eyebrows that make it look odd.
