They kinda split the difference with Velma regarding whether she's actually attractive or just a dork.

I don't dislike the look of them, but I am a little surprised that Fred and Velma aren't basically just the original character designs in CG, like Shaggy and Scooby seem to be.

Fred, Velma and Daphne are all kinda products of their time aesthetically. I have seen dudes walking around that look like Shaggy present day.
