They said they tried giving him blonde hair. They said it didn't look good.

********. Robbie Ammell is a good looking kid. It comes down to him being a brat who doesn't want to be blonde. They tried a cheap 99 cent store wig and never went beyond that.

Did anyone know that the girl who plays Velma now is in a singing group? I saw a video of the group on youtube.

Well, it looks like he will be blonde at some point in the movie.

He doesn't need blonde hair. It would be so damn forced if they worked it in. Blonde wig or not, it comes down to how it looks on a person. If blonde in one style doesn't work, neither will blonde in another. It comes down to the color.

Agreed. It's like the Kingpin in Daredevil, I really don't care what he looks like.

How many of these movies do they plan on doing anyway?

The cast is signed for three, it just depends on how well this one does.

they should forget about the tv movies... and just make a live action show

a live action show would be neat to have. Cant wait for the new movie to happen. As for the whole blonde thing i would have been nice.

That would be cool, but even with the current downgraded cgi Scooby it would probably cost more than what WB is willing to invest into it.

Don't forget the new Scooby Doo movie airs this weekend October 16th on Cartoon Network.

Curse Of The Lake Monster was a pretty decent movie. If WB keep making them I will continue to watch them. I still enjoy the first 2 theatrical Scooby Doo movies more though. Maybe its the cast, maybe its the crude humor that the 2 recent movies are sorely missing but not every movie needs crude humor to be entertaining.

This movie, compared to the first one was noticeably missing more Scooby, if the new animated series featured him more I probably wouldn't have a problem with this.

I agree. It needed more Scooby. I also saw that twist coming from a mile away.

watched the new movie on cn last night. enjoyed it alot. The acting was good from all around. Also loved the nod to classic looking fred during the film lol. Also it was funny they were playing on romance from all the gang. Sorta like how the new scooby doo toon is doing. Also great they officially got their name now in the film. Cant wait to see if they do make another with these guys.

I thought it was ok. Thought it was funny how it kind of mirrored Mystery Incorporated. Though I think these would be better if they went back to the basics ala MI and leave the supernatural alone. And I finally accepted Freddie not being a blonde yesterday so that helped.
