Only the original, IIRC. The original was recut a few times to avoid an NC-17 rating. The uncut version saw a VHS and Laserdisc release in the U.S., but never DVD and so far not on Blu-ray, either.

Kirby got stabbed once in the gut. Robbie got stabbed multiple times all over his body. One is less of a stretch than the other.

Both should remain dead in my opinion, but of the two. It's easier to believe that Kirby would survive.

Why does it matter if Kirby died?

The chances of a Scream 5 are less than Green Lantern 2's chances.

Also... it makes sense for ALL THE NEW HIGH SCHOOL CHARACTERS to die... leaving only the original trio to survive (It goes along with the theme of the movie/the hatred for remake theme)...

That blonde cop doesn't really count since she wasn't a new high school kid.

I agree. I loved 4, and has always thought this was Kevin's original final bow to end the trilogy. Obviously, replace the remake theme with a trilogy theme and presto! It's the proper Scream 3.

I think it should just end here. Gale, Dewey, Sidney, and Judy are all alive and well. Let's remember them that way.

Like I said and continue to say after watching Scream 4. It is a fitting end for the series and I'm happy with it, however, if they can find a way to make a Scream 5 work, I'm all for it.

Regarding Kirby and Robbie, they are both dead dead dead; I know this, however, if they try to bring Kirby back I see no issues bringing Robbie back either. That's all.

The funny moment when both sequels you listed have been commented on by the top wigs at their companies. I don't think we'll get Scream 5 till at least 2013 because of Craven taking a break but the Weinstiens still have faith in the franchise.

It's a nice attempt to have the same "character line-up" style image of the 2 and 3 posters, but they were really lazy to just use some random shots of the characters that don't look like they belong together

I like the line-up but other than Neve, the publicity still shots used look slightly off. They have three months to adjust this.

BTW, if there is a Scream 5, the only character I could see them bringing back from the dead is Kirby. I don't see why people were thinking Jill or the gay non-Charlie film geek lived as they both clearly died. But Kirby is probably dead and would almost certainly die if she was in Scream 5. She was a great character and the best new creation to the continually dwindling cast from the first film (heh) the series has had. But sadly, I think she has gone the way of Randy, Tatum and Cotton as fan favorites who did not make it to the end credits of one of the films.

Honestly if Kirby comes back she needs to be the new heroine. You can't sell this series to the younger audience with Neve as the continuing hero as much as we all love her.
