Daredevil Season 2, Episode 4 "Penny and Dime" (USE SPOILER TAGS!)

You people are killing me. I promised my wife I wouldn't watch any episodes until she got home but now I'm thinking about just watching a couple of episodes and pretending I didn't see them when I watch with her later :funny:

This season. Goodness.

Both Batman v Superman and Civil War are not gonna beat these first 4 episodes, I believe.

Another Garth Ennis comic character in this episode :D .

This season could of been these four episodes and I would of been satisfied.

O'Haire, yeah episodes 1-4 did sort of feel almost like a mini-season didn't they?

Another Garth Ennis comic character in this episode :D .

Maybe its my excitement of watching the season for the first time but outside of Nesbit and saying "Kitchen Irish", what other Ennis references are there? Can't remember who O'Haire was i was too damn tired and excited haha.

Also, that ending monologue by Frank. Right in the feels.

This episode... Bruh. Has to be universally the best Punisher performance ever. I don't know how much Netflix makes off Marvel shows, but they need to jump on a Punisher show.

How did Punisher escape from Daredevil in season 3? Last we saw he was in the elevator passed out while DD was fighting. Made no sense at all. Why didn't DD take him?

My god that speech could not have been any longer. Episode was definitely the best. Has potential to pick up, but so far season 2 is a huge disappointment.

From what i understood now I could be wrong that was two door Elevator and when Matt was fighting the Dogs of war CASTle escaped out the other side cause it was open when he went back for him. FRank was coming to when that elevator reached the last floor.

Vincent Van Gogh!

Melvin is probably my favourite character, aha. Loved the nod to his comics costume

They've really managed to pack a lot of story into these first four eps. I was thinking about how much there is going on, being handled well... and then, the end of the episode. Jeebus.

How does Matt afford such a nice apartment?

It's opposite a huge neon billboard. Nobody wanted it, but he's blind and so was the only one who wanted it, so he got a good deal

Was explained in season one

This was another great episode. Jon is perfect as Frank. Honestly... No idea what critics were moaning about with the quality dipping before Elektra debuts

I agree with them. Season is a let down, so far. Including Punisher.

How he escaped:

It was a service elevator that opened up on two sides. He came to and went out the other side. No one there to catch him.
