Arrow Season 4 Predictions

Ollie will meet Hal in S04... That's how he will learn how to fly a plane! :funny:

Whoa. I actually think this might happen. Didn't they kind of tease Coast City flashbacks?

If they actually decide to introduce Hal Jordan, I think he'll be pre-GL in the Arrow flashbacks, and GL in the Flash series. The crossover will be a one-off GL special.

I don't see Oliver actually becoming Green Arrow until Season Five, after defeating Merlyn and the League of Assassins (because you know that's coming back to bite him).

Season 4 will probably be about H.I.V.E. and repairing his and Diggle's friendship.

But Stephen Amell said no more Arrow outfit, so unless Oliver sits out all of Season 4, I think he has to become Green Arrow sooner than S5. I mean, he has to wear something while fighting H.I.V.E., and I'd bet his next big "outfit change" will be when he becomes the Green Arrow. So either he'll go through all S4 wearing something like he wore in the episode "Nanda Parbat," or he'll become Green Arrow in S4.

Just my prediction, though. Who knows, you could be right.

This season which should be by all accounts Diggle centric will become Felicity centric, the Damien Dark character in the comics is a computer wiz,get ready for more of mary sue Felicity, hell dont be surprised if Dark ends up being revealed as her father.

Pretty much what I'm expecting.

Prediction: Lots of Felicity and Diggle being annoying. Lots of bad dialogue. Lots of illogical contrivances. Dinah still in the background doing mostly nothing. Increase in cheesy comedy and a lighter tone. Felicity and Oliver's relationship to be as annoying as ever and the Diggle bromance to be fixed after 2 episodes tops. Of course bad stuff will start happening and Felicity and Diggle will start lecturing Oliver and whining about everything all over again. Merlyn will play a huge role in whatever happens even though he should have been dead ages ago. Oliver will make many decisions that make no sense. The villains will continue to have dumb reasons for doing whatever it is they do.

What I want to happen: Hire new writers. Reduce Felicity and Diggle's roles to next to nothing or kill them off. Dinah to become the lead female character, Roy to come back. Have Nyssa kill Merlyn in Episode 1, don't bring him back. Oliver grows a brain. Oliver, Dinah, Roy and Thea become "Team Arrow". City gets officially renamed to Star City, Starling is never mentioned again. Dump the opening monologue, ditch the phrases "You failed this City", "I needed to become someone else, something else", "I started this Crusade". Get a good actor to play the villain, give them a motivation that actually makes sense, a plan that isn't ******ed, henchmen that are actually useful and give them an ending that isn't anti-climatic. Keep the show serious and make the comedy more realistic/organic. Give Oliver a new costume that doesn't look like a generic green jacket with a hood.

Get Ian Somerholder from Vampire Diaries to play Hal Jordan and all will be right for the CW. The show won't be able to continue without the girl they fall over anyway

Ironically, he was initially supposed to be play a version of Bruce Wayne on Smallville until Batman Begins became a thing and the whole embargo started.

If Hal Jordan does show up, I'm really thinking a chunk of season 4 is Hal and Ollie driving cross country solving problems town to town and whatnot. Kind of a tribute to Denny O Neill's GL/GA

power ring not included.

But they already mentioned in The Flash while at Ferris Air that a "Test-Pilot disappeared" and that's why it was closed down.

(Edit- I guess flashbacks with Ollie in Coast City is a possibility... duh, my bad.)

I'd be okay with Ian Somerholder as Hal.

That would be incredibly awesome, Have Hal and Ollie in the flashbacks, and build up to a GL appearance towards the end of the season in the present.

Surely this will come back into play next season:

The first episode will be treated like a pilot. The show's tone will slowly become like the Flash's. Oliver won't be able to help saving people. He will get advice from Barry on how to become a hero more like a Flash rather than the Arrow. Barry will inspire the "Green Arrow" name mimicking Oliver inspiring the Flash name.

I don't really have predictions but this is what I expect some what

From what they said they will be dealing with Damien Darch they said they pushed back thea's side effects of her being corrupted by the pit to season 4. so it was delayed (I find it a bit lame, but I'll let slide if its done well ) I hope we see it in full enhance strength agility erosion of what she knows of right & wrong
Here is the Link:http://tvline.com/2015/04/22/arrow-s...-relationship/

, but with the writers.... well I hope it oes well there. ( be a good reaso for oliver to come start to realize he made a serous error there especial if it's thing she deals with for the res off her virtual immortal life

As to Malcolm & LOA I think since thea is helping or is o team arrow now Damien will have Hive after them the LOA will be the ones support team arrow against H.i.v.e. but still expect some back stabbing form him if he's back up against the wall him self

As to Oliver & felicity he find out he had a kid & there will be strain there more stuff people won't like to see from Felicity anyway I expect what happen if oliver comes back it'll cause of Damien and also the side effects with thea which they claimed they pushed back to season 4

I like how the LoA has technically been responsible for every major problem in the show (minus Slade). Season 1 was Malcolm's doing and we know his League connections. Then we get Sara's re-introduction and we learn about her ties to the League (as well as Nyssa) then season 3 we get Ra's. And now we've learned the HIVE was started by Damon Dark who was a League member...

Hopefully Ollie and the others come to this realization and decide to take down the League once and for all.

yeah I doubt they'll do that they'll be put in a position where Malcolm will be their only way of help or if he is ever removed it'll be Nyssa that will restores it if they don 't find some weird way for Ra's to come back cause the producer said he wants him(Ra's) to come back.

LoA might have distant connections to Slade if they retcon Mirakuru as a creation of HIVE/Damien Dark. OR if Deathstroke's post-freighter career was wih HIVE.

Also,Flash-related spoiler
Do you guys think the possible (I said possible) timeline reset may affect Arrow season 4?? It kind of explains the closed-ended/conclusive feel of the Season 3 finale

I don't think there will be a timeline reset. I think there will just be some paradoxical, incongruous elements remaining once the timeline gets fixed. Stuff like "Barry's mother gets killed by a man who never existed" will just be one of those weird things.

I'm sooo glad you're not in charge :P

Fair enough, different strokes and all that. The show is becoming extremely illogical and a few of the characters are becoming very annoying. I think those things I mentioned would fix alot of those problems. To each their own.

I just hope it's better than season three

Be that as it may, I struggle to see how Diggle could possibly be a problem.
