Season 6, Episode 7 "The Broken Man" Discussion Thread

I wonder what Maegarys plan is to get out this religious mess.

i hate how they've written Jon this season. they're writing him bad to prop Sansa up. They could have written that so many ways while not making jon look like an idiot and wanting to attack when the other side has 5 times the men they do.

This was a slow episode save for the Arya ending, but it was nice to see Bronn again finally and BEYOND AWESOME to see [BLACKOUT]The Hound[/BLACKOUT] back. And it looks like [BLACKOUT]the Clegane brothers[/BLACKOUT] add some numbers to the show's body count next week.

Why does every episode this season seem so short? Stop giving me 50min episodes and start giving me more 55-58min episodes.

Yeah I don't get it. I like The Hound but this show is winding down, I need them to get the point, not keep taking us on side journeys.
he has to play a role in the future or they wouldn't bring him back this late in the series.

I can tell you all about what the Hound does the rest of the season....

Next three are 59, 60, and 69 min.

I liked the Hound too but this was an unbelievable return. Nothing short of the ER at the Citadel could have saved his ass.

Arya's gonna need some of that too. Looked like she was stabbed near the intestines. You don't stab or shoot someone down there unless you really hate them. Plus i doubt the canal water was good for the wound.

I Thought this was another great move the story forward episode like last weeks was! The final 3 episodes of each season are always the heaviest Hitters so be patient guys! I also would love to add I really enjoyed watching Yara & Theon scene. Great brother & sister moment and Yara really cares for her brother. Makes me wish I had a sister haha

I'm glad she mentioned going to meet Dany! I love to see to awesome women fighting against Euron and kicking his Ass lol

Arya's scene pissed me off. Why is she just walking around without a disguise lol

Pretty disappointed theyre wasting time on this Hound stuff while leaving out more interesting storylines from the book.

Didn't they say this season wouldn't follow the books at all? So to complain about that at this point to me at least just seems silly.

The Jaime and Blackish scene was great. And I agree that they made Jon look a bit silly.

I however had a horrified look on my face when the waife attacked! I never thought I see that happen to Arya

Because the idiot writers think she's an idiot who doesn't know who she's dealing with even after training with them for months or a year?

Jon/Sansa/Davos scenes were pretty silly really.. I hoped for more. Especially since the North would know the threat the Boltons pose and understand what happened to Sansa...

Not to mention the big thing... WE ARE LOYAL TO STARKS! Ok..Well idiots, we just told you Ramsay Bolton is holding a Stark hostage. Show some balls.

She is just a young kid after all! Smart but also not very bright!!

Thank you, Fist. Exactly. I have trouble saying anything on here without someone calling me an idiot, I am glad you saw the ridiculousness as well.

They love to shock the audience. It worked with Talisa and her pregnant belly at the Red Wedding so why not again? That's probably the only reason Arya was written into that situation.

Arya had no reason to be in this episode lol that all could have happened in next weeks "NO ONE" episode.

I liked Yara's scenes. Nice to see some equal rights with her getting to enjoy the ****es like everyone else on the show! And Alfie Allen must have been practising that look all week. Wonder how many shots it took.

SAWFT episode, my least favorite of the season. Just Meh...

What difference does it make?

I think it would be better in a arya centric episode titled No One.

Why do you feel a need to debate everything lol

Anyways... Does ANYONE know where the **** Melisandre is? she rode off with them and is no where in sight.
