I've been loving what I've been reading so far (particularly Bane, I'm loving the new direction of this character! Noble and badass) While I don't have any major issues with Black Alice, I did some reading on her powers and bio and didn't really find any major caps on her powers. I'm a bit concerned that she may end up to over powered (I'm surprised she managed to take the Spectre's power without any difficulty! Isn't that stretching it a biiiit?)

Huh...might have to pick up Doom Patrol again after I dropped it, book was okay but was leaving me pretty cold, that and they dropped the Metal Men co-feature which was fantastic.

The new issue of Secret Six was fab the opening with Scandal and her girlfriend Liana trying to help Bane get a date made me and it was so cute

The Doom Patrol's guest appearance was good and I dug the new villain Simone created in this issue

Also this issue has adorable blonde strippers

That is my kind of comic book

Which team of heroes or villains would YOU like to see the Secret Six take on?

Fans and critics have loved the recent Secret Six crossovers with Doom Patrol and Action Comics. Issue #30 earned a “Great” rating from IGN Comics, Comic Vine chalked it up with an excellent 4.5 / 5 stars, and G4’s Attack of the Show called the book “riveting, pulse-pounding reading.”
MTV Geek has a great Q&A with Gail Simone that you can find here, where Gail gives her take on how the Six would match up in fights against other DC teams of heroes or villains.

Another crossover with Birds of Prey would be neat

But I do not really want anymore crossovers. I want the stories in Secret Six to be about the Secret Six I want the spotlight to be on them the members of the Secret Six team are some of my favourite comic book characters

Especially Scandal.

Doesn't bother me. The Six are mercs who'll work for pretty much anyone. Makes sense that characters, possibly with books of their own, would hire them to kill other characters, possibly with books of their own.

Bought the new issue of Secret Six today

Normally I love this comic book. But i hated this issue

Liana getting kidnapped by that sick worthless bigoted piece of subhuman trash almost made me throw the comic away in disgust

If this story is going to end with her being killed off or tortured I will not be buying Secret Six again

Personally i hope the story ends with Scandal beating Liana's kidnapper to death with his own severed limbs

But if Liana dies and/or that scumbag kidnapper escapes I am going to be done with this comic book permanently
