I don't think Mr. Mind was a great idea for the sequel.

They should cut to the chase and bring in The Rock, make this their "Dark Knight" sequel.

Yeah, I think if Shazam had made $100-150 more WW they would have still gone with Mr Mind for the sequel. But they need to up the game for me now with the sequel and get The Rock involved.

Hmmm... so it's possible WB is eyeing a late 2021/early 2022 release date for Shazam 2.

Principal photography: March/April/May 2020 to fall 2020
Post production: 6-9 months
Possible dates: October 1, 2021, January 14, 2022, April 15, 2022
