Entry is simple.

There's a bit more to it, though.

*You must have an active account [probationary bannings will not disqualify you, however, permanent bannings will]
*The entry must follow SHH! Forum guidelines. If it's something that'd get you in trouble posting, then it's not a good entry.
*Staff members are not going to be eligible for the contest.* However, I will be having some of them help pick the finalists, and they don't even know who they will be yet. Names will not be disclosed, as to preserve posterity, until the winner and runner up are announced.
*One Entry per user, please. If I suspect something, I -will- do an IP check, and if it shows up suspect, all entries from that IP are disqualified.
*DO NOT POST YOUR ENTRY HERE. If you do, it's disqualified.

First place is that I will set up a test forum, and I will grant that user special permissions to see the forum, [so that only the winner and the staff can see it], while I build a custom vBulletin skin for use on this site. They will have direct input to what they like and dislike, and will be working with me while I build this most likely from scratch. Of course, there will be sacrifices for functionality [such as no black text on a black wall], but the user will have pretty much free reign as to what's going on. Also, no porn images. Still gotta stick with the site rules.

Second place will have a smiley dedicated to them, to be added when we add the next batch of smileys.

Deadline for entry is July 15!!
