If I state that the posts of players from the tribe that made a thread will NOT be counted and that the winner of the game will be decided by the number of posts and posters, and a player goes out of his way to side step the first rule (that tribal posts will not be counted) in order to skew the contest, he/she has intentionally tried to illegally manipulate the game.

Your Day Three challenge is this: one member of your team must make a thread on some board on the Hype, the more people that post in it - the more points you get. Posts made by team members will NOT be included in this total. Posts made by tribal opponents WILL count. The total number of posts will be multiplied by the number of unique posters (for example - a thread that has 43 posts made by 4 members would lose to a thread with 30 posts and 12 posters.)

Sorry but you sent us this one and it has nothing in it about what you just said. I don't mean to challenge you as it is your game and you are master of it but your rules have not been specific enough and you have not mentioned to anyone anything about cheating and what that entails.

So in other words, the post made by bullets should not count as per your rules you sent us.

It has come to my attention that Bullets tried to undermine my rules and create an extra account in order to bolster his tribes total.

Since Bullets intentionally went out of his way to cheat in my game, he has disqualified his team.

I will have an official final total for the remaining two teams shortly.

You disqualify the posts as a result not the whole team......you never stipulated in your challenge rules that it was against the rules to have multiple accounts......you just said our posts wouldn't be counted.....so don't count them....they hardly made a difference in our point results... it's like 2 points.....

If you had stated in your challenge that multiple accounts aren't allowed (like I have seen in previous Survivor Challenges) then I can understand your decision...otherwise you are penalizing us for your oversight....

While we are th subject what the hell is with all this involving mods in the game....I know for a fact that Mods have been asked to get involved on other team's behalf......whether to their knowledge or not....:

I write the rules assuming the people playing the game are not complete and utter idiots - any rational person has to look at bullet's actions as clearly going against the spirit of the challenge.

For Bullets to post in that thread with a different name is a blatant and obvious attempt by him to cheat. As such, he disqualifies his entire team.

How can I punish a single player? Eliminate him from the game? How is that any different from making a team going to tribal council, besides taking away an element of strategy from the team as a whole.

I would argue that sending your team to tribal council for your decision is less harmful to the team as a whole than simply yanking out a single player.

I am not penalizing you for my oversight, I am penalizing your team for a member intentionally going against the spirit of the challenge I laid out. I don't think anyone can argue that what Bullets did was against the rules - if your tribe believes that your team as a whole is being unfairly punished and that bullets alone should be penalized for the offense, then vote him out. Simple as that.

If you feel you have to cheat, by all means, go ahead... but if you're caught, yer out. This is my game and I maybe switching team members, amending rules and making rules up as I go along. I will promise, why I probably may like some of you more than others, I will be as fair and unbiased as humanly possible.

I have only played one other Survivor and Matt ALWAYS said if multiple accounts weren't allowed for a challenge (ie the Election Challenge)...just like any other good Host....or they would say it from the start....you did neither...

If your position still remains to enforce a NON-EXISTANT rule (that was never stated)....then you are are going to leave a bad taste in the mouths of new players you are attempting to attract....it would be even worse if you continue to make up rules whenever you feel like or when you want to manipulate the game...say what you would about Matt, at least he honored his rules....

I applaud you for defeating the complete purpose of this game....good job...

You are going soft on the rules in a game specifically designed for people that have never played or have played very little...yeah good idea

Movies was caught cheating by closing our threads yet he goes unscathed...how humanly unbiased.

If bullets simply posted under his name - they would not of been counted. For him to go under an assumed name is intentional subterfuge. If you were in any other position but being apart of the tribe that is being penalized - you would come down on the same side of the subject as I have. [/quote]

If a single "new player" is put off by the fact that I am governing this game with the assumption of common sense - so be it. The fact that you would actually act offended because of an obvious attempt to slide past the rules set in place for this challenge boarders on laughable.

You can find holes in almost every Survivor challenge - I got in a long debate with Daisy over a similar fogginess in a certain challenge.

Further debate on this subject is meaningless - its not going to change, if your tribe wishes to punish the person responsible for your teams predicament - boot bullets off the island.
