The Dark Knight Should they use the pouch belt for this movie

I would like to see them use this belt for the movie. I think it would work better for Batman.

With that in mind though, yeah, I'd like to see a leather/canvas pouch belt like the comics.

A DKR style belt would've been more useful than 10 Lucius Fox scenes for establishing 'realism'. People would get it straight away.

Apart from that it would just look cool. It'd make Batman look scarier because you know he means business. Make him look like a walking arsenal.


And don't say it not streamlined or that it messes with agility cos thats bunk. He already looks huge, he didn't show much agility anyway and movie magic would make him do backflips if he did.

I hated the grapple-reeling thing. Wasn't much point to it. They should just have kept that in the gun. Portray it as it is in the cartoons.

I say just add pouches to the same (or similar) belt. Since all the bits are interchangeable and magnetic, he can simply make some canvas/leather pouches that clip on to the belt.

He can still have some of the small metal compartments, and cylinders and stuff, but pouches as well. There's plenty of room on the belt for more stuff.

As I've said before though... I'd change the belt so that it goes straight across rather than be so V-shaped.
