I defiently like the classic one better and hope they use it for the film.

The Batman Begins logo, obviously.

hell no i hate it. it isnt the least bit marketing or eye catching or creative. It wouldnt be much of a change considering it wasnt even in begins at all, anyways. not on the costume or anything.

they did use that symbol in begins, his throwing stars are shaped like it and its on his chest lol.

...and it was used at the start when the flying bats made up the logo.

It is NOT on his chest.

The edgy symbol was used at the opening, the bat-symbol, and the throwing bat-stars.

The classic symbol was used on his chest.

I think they should keep using both.

no the one on his chest is different and excel just because you dont like it,they wont change it,i dont see the point in changing it

The oval is in the past.

Batman has moved on, and would appreciate it if you did not bring it up again.

The one in Begins is more like the 1939 logo, which he used all through the 40's and 50's, as well. And since the 90's he's gone back to it. Personally I prefer it to the oval.

I prefer the BEGINS logo, both in terms of advertisement and the one on his chest. I've never been fond of the oval.

Definitely go with the Begins logo. I love the oval logo, but it's for a different movie continuity and even a past time in the comics. It'd make no sense to switch the emblem for TDK.

Concerning the chest emblem, from what I remember, they wanted to go with the Begins logo there too, but it was awkward looking on the chestpiece. So they modified it a bit to go with what we saw in the film.

I don't think TDK needs to have a batsuit with the oval. If he modifies the suit to that extent by the third movie, then okay. The Begins suit does need to be modified though, not including the oval.

I think they should combine the two in some way. Maybe take the fact that the 89 logo is inside something and that the BB logo has a very sharp edge look to it. how about we get a bat logo inside a rectangle? I think that would be brilliant.

Nolan! Give us the Bat-tangle!

I've always been a fan of the oval, but for continuity sake let's keep the begins logo.

I think a slightly more refined Begins logo would do nicely.

By refined I mean a bit smaller... less 'fat' looking. I might sketch one up later.

Classic logo. That BB logo is dull. I wanna' see the curved wings and yellow oval again.

The yellow oval symbol doesn't even really look like a bat. What kind of bat has wings of those shape? The Begins marketing symbol and chest emblem both look like vague sillouhette's of a bat.

The only thing I'd change is to make it more pronounced on his chest. The simple bat has always looked the coolest, nice and simple.

It's true that the oval has become the overall symbol of Batman. It's classic in its own right.

But the plain bat (and the official "edged & rusted" movie logo) are perfect for this franchise; the oval was the official logo of the last series.

Plus, it's the first and the presently used. :bat:

The Begins one, as it fits better then a yellow oval on your chest.

There should be an option on the poll for "Neither". I personally wouldn't mind if they used the symbol on Batman's chestplate in Begins as the new marketing logo.

Honestly, the people that want the classic oval got it in four films. There's absolutely no reason it should be reused for the new series, even though personally, it's actually my favorite.

I've always thought it kinda makes sense for Bats to use the present logo earlier in his career and then to upgrade to the oval later. I don't know if any of you ever heard this but its supposed to draw fire to his chest and away from his face where he's vulnerable.

So for the the first three films since they're in the "Year One" era, he should keep the current logo, but I wouldn't mind bringing the oval back if they make a 4th film.

I think not having a symbol on his chest at all would be better, and add to the realism that they're going for in the Begins saga. Why would Bruce even bother putting a symbol on his chest at all if it didn't serve a purpose like the drawing fire away from his head thing, thats just my take on it though.
