'Splodey... there are times when I could buy you a hooker and some cake.

Have some cake.

As a fan of SLO-MO i would like to see some SLO-MO shots in TDK.
It should however be used only when it's absolutely necessary.

Iconic shots such as Batman's cape blowing into the wind as he watches over Gotham just look great.
For fight scenes i think the only time they should go for slomo is when you see batman do some moves that really hurt.

For example you see a fight between batman and a thug . Thug thinks he can kick batman's ass , batman instantly grabs him and goes for a hit to his face
Cut to a shot of the fist speeding up slamming into's the teeth of the thug and then the shot as slomo as the thug flies backwards , mouth completely bleeding and teeth slomo breaking away in the air.

As a matrix fan i also have to respond to the slomo crap that some people whine about. In matrix it the slomo action shots were to shot in such a way that they resembled comic book panels and anime shots.
With comic books especially you have this great moment of action sequences where everythig is just frozen and you can see all the carnage.
Same thing you also see in Batman comics.
