This is Bogus how Fans keep this alive but Thing get's cancelled.

Obviously the fans of The Thing weren't as adamant as the Spider-Girl fans.

Spider-Girl got saved from cancellation on more than one occassion. I believe it was four times.

The Thing was a fantastic book and I agree, it shouldn't have been cancelled. There was support for the book, but obviously not as much as Spider-Girl received.

I just love the people who, instead of celebratin' at least ONE quality books continued publication they prefer to blast it down 'cause another they may have liked better didn't make it. I mean, seriously; it coulda been a crappy title that DIDN'T deserve it.
