But would they really care? Scorpion isn't very well-known in the first place. The makers of Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 certainly had no problem with using him in their game.

I never said anything to the contrary to them both being in the previous game. I meant the costume revealed in the link wasn't the Iron Spider costume.

I didn't play Shattered Dimensions, so the last time I remember using the Spider-Armor was in the PS1 Spider-Man games.

I hate the way all these Activision superhero games unveil alternate costumes like it's a significant gameplay addition rather than nothing but a minor, cosmetic alteration... Unfortunately, fans seem to be will to pay not only early in a pre-order but extra money for costumes and the like for these games... Doesn't send a good message of gamers as rational consumers...

I actually hate the way Arkham City is doing the alternate costumes even more. At least the ones here are unlockable in-game with the exception of the Identity Crisis pack, while AC is forcing you to pay for ALL of them.

Same goes for the Future Foundation and Big Time costumes, they are pre-order, it feels like you have to order a different copy for each costume
