Alternate Uncle Ben will probably be used to convey how Sandman was Uncle Ben's real killer. It's no coincidence that wrapping up the alternate Ben story and the appearance of Sandman happens in the same issue of FRIENDLY.

Just like it's no coincidence that Peter David wrote the novelisation of SPIDER-MAN 3, so quite more then anyone at Marvel has a grasp of what happens in the film therefore is in prime position to mimic/reflect it.

i dont know... i dont see why the comics need to tie into the movies really... unless venom comes back... spidey becomes the spidey we love..wise cracks and with his intellignece intact... removes himself ffrom the avengers..for the time being at least.. then i wont be happy.

id like to see some classic stories where the ff, capn a, wolverine and the rest of the marvel U arent involved...
