Alpha is the first phase of testing. So this is what they send out to a small group of people for a first test run to find out what the major bugs and glitches are. They usually find all the major flaws that are easily fixable before a beta goes out to more people.

The game content is complete but not totally polished. For example James Stevenson said on ResetERA that they are still improving the animations compared to this footage.

finally a release date!!

was hoping for a July/August release, but September 7 isn't too bad, considering we haven't exactly seen much from this game.

this gives us E3 and all of summer to really up the marketing and hype for the game.

Well the September 7th date is later then I was expecting when I heard we were going to get the release date today but on the plus side its still earlier then October the time I was expecting before we got news about game informer yesterday and we do have news has I was not expecting any more news about the game in till e3 before we got news yesterday.

Oh I didn't see the 2nd suit in till now looks pretty sick. I think we had that suit in shadered deminsions.

You can take selfies with civilians and throw them a salute or finger guns.



You can also fast travel with subways.

The cover looks very nice and with the dlc being 3 chapters each with new missions, villains and characters I wonder what villains and characters each one will have and how long it will be between each one. I am also going to guess that at e3 Sony will announce a Spider-Man ps4 pro bundle.

About the preorder stuff I wonder if out of the 2 other suits 1 of them could be like the suit from Spider-Man 1-3 or something that would be cool. The ps4 theme I wonder what it will look like and if it will be dynamic theme or not.

He can swim, Spidey NOIR outfit, photography is possible, subway fast travel, no micro transactions....

I'm happy.

I am not sure if I should get the collectors edition or not I mean 150 is a pretty good amount more then normal you are talking about 90 more then normal + tax. I ordered the normal one a while ago of best buy and did it during a time when bb was doing a spend 100 with visa check out save 25 thing so I would also like lose that towards I order if I do get the collectors edition instead. Now with BB a 60 game is really 48+ tax if I got the collectors edition instead it would be 120+ tax so 72 more + losing the visa check out thing.
