Playstation Spider-Man (PS4) - Part 3

Seems to be a glitch post game when doing side activities where the open world music stops and you have to go to the menu and start up the game again

Does the same happen to voices? That glitch happens to me every time I complete Spider-Man 3 on PC, music and voices turn off.

Completed all the Blackcat stakeout locations. The black suit is slick AF, but I can't drop using the Scarlet Spider suit, it's so perfect, the details are beyond beautiful.
both of those suits are damn gorgeous, but I've still been sticking with the classic suit. Ive unlocked most of the suits aside from the Vintage comic book suit. the 2099 suit is gorgeous as well, but as I said, the classic suit is what i've been sticking with.

I'm currently level 39 haha. I'm at a certain prison that begins with an R hehe

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but has anybody noticed that when you're on the phone depending on what you're doing, Peter's voice channge? Like if you're not moving it's normal but if you're swinging around his it sounds different like he's straining

So apparently Fisk construction sites can be redone to farm XP, I just did the one in Greenwich, I already completed the bonus objectives, and still got 2500XP.

Use it while you can to level up fast, no doubt it will be patched with the next update.

Kingpin bases can be redone, I did it yesterday to get an additional token. But that was before story completion however. Damn I hope they do stay redoable.

Yeah, I've redone a couple of the Fisk bases already just to keep practicing combat and of course for xp.

Can anyone who's finished the story confirm if the Fisk bases are replayable after the story mode is done? Also, can you replay the challenges?

It's in the financial district I think. YouTube it to get a spot on the map. Also, check out what they put on the back!

Ok, I'll check the financial district for it. I'm staying away from YouTube though. It's a mine field.

Question for anyone who's finished the game...

I just
beat Rhino and Scorpion...without spoiling anything, how close am I to the end of the game?

I got a 105 count combo, and no trophy. Missed opportunity on that one.

Think my voice would crack too if I was in the middle of an inverse 180 degree pipe swing whilst fighting off two or more electrical infused sociopath's…..

The black cat unlock suit is a nice design but 'cos of it's colour, when in a dark area of combat, you can't see yourself very well so it proves to be a hinderance rather than a benefit, IMO.

Now I got a 120 combo, feeling proud.

Combat in this game be like:

I just got the platinum, 100%ing the districts is very annoying though. Yes you can replay every challenge (there is a checkpoint you can enter to restart them).

For the trophy hunters: Don't go all in with your tokens early on. You need loads of them to get the suits trophy + upgrades trophy. If you get too many upgrades you might end up between a rock and a hard place (requiring you to perfect challenges for more tokens). Had to learn the hard way earlier. Thankfully the game literally spams you with 20+ savegames that let you jump to various points of the story.

Played through the whole story with the stark suit (unlocked it the second it was possible to do so), it looks amazing.

I hope the DLCs also add more content to do and not just a few more boss fights / story missions.
I'd love, for example, a burning building procedural event similar to the one found in the ASM2 game. Imagine how cool this would look with proper particle effects and the usage of the parkour button? Or something to do in the FEAST shelter, like food deliveries to the homeless on the street. Or MJ dates similar to the ones found in Spidey 3, there literally is no animation for carrying people around now is there? What about the boats, they have no use... they could add boat rescues just like Spidey 2 the game.

Finished the main story, got a lot of side missions and activities to do though, definitely gonna take my time with them, loved the main story though.
highlight of the game for me was probably the Vulture and Electro fight, that was insane fighting them both at the same time, I'd have taken a bunch of photos but I didn't want to stop the fight for anything, definitely gonna go nuts on screenshots when new game plus comes out.

Started a new game on Spectacular. Not because I completed my game with 100%. I'm at my sister's watching her kid and am playing on my brother-in-laws PS4. So I'm not playing serious, just messing around. But man, the beginning on Spectacular already feels so much easier than when I started on Amazing. Since I actually know now what the hell I am doing. XD

I'm at 98%.

Just a tip for those going for 100%, never ignore the secret photo ops, and the red crime icons. Those will be the ones you'll constantly search for and are NOT marked on the map like everything else.

I'm still working my way through all the side missions.

I just finished the story. That was one hell of a game. :spidey:

Not only would I consider this the best superhero game ever (you had a good run, Arkham), this could possibly be my all-time favorite Spider-Man experience, even more so than any of the films or shows.

I was very impressed with Doc Ock's storyline. The MCU has their work cut out for them if/when they choose to bring Ock into the fold after Molina's take on him in Spider-Man 2 and now this incarnation. All of the main actors were incredible, especially Peter and MJ. Miles's involvement was also a lot of fun. While I liked the ending, I kind of wish they didn't kill Aunt May so soon.

Really looking forward to the DLC and the sequel. Hopefully it won't take as long to release since they already have the basics needed for it.

Had some fun with the game's photo mode. nothing spoilery apart from some unlockable suits.
